Traditional Healer Ssalongo Muzanganda Gains Attention in Ntwentwe as Residents Testify to His Services

A traditional healer operating in Ntwentwe, Ssalongo Muzanganda, is attracting growing attention from residents who claim his cultural and spiritual services have helped them overcome various life challenges.

Community members say people from different areas continue to visit the healer seeking solutions to personal, family and financial problems through traditional consultations and remedies.

According to information provided by the healer, his services address a wide range of issues that affect individuals and families in their day-to-day lives.

Among the services he offers is help aimed at restoring male sexual strength (Amaanyi g’obusajja – Man power) for men experiencing difficulties in their relationships.

He also says he assists couples who are struggling to conceive children (Oluzaalo) by providing traditional consultations that are believed to help families facing infertility challenges.

In family matters, Ssalongo Muzanganda says he provides guidance intended to help couples experiencing disagreements or marital problems (Obufumbo – Marriage), with the aim of restoring peace and stability in their homes.

The healer also claims to assist individuals who are seeking employment opportunities (Emirimu – Jobs), saying that his consultations are meant to help open doors for those looking for work.

In addition, he advertises services aimed at improving financial opportunities and prosperity (Omukisa gwa ssente), which he says can help individuals experiencing financial hardships.

Small business owners are among the clients who reportedly visit him, seeking assistance in boosting their businesses and attracting more customers (By’otunda binganye).

Ssalongo Muzanganda also says he offers consultations to families whose relatives are in prison (Omuntu wo nga ali mu kkomera), claiming to provide spiritual and cultural guidance during such difficult times.

He further states that he deals with cultural and spiritual disturbances believed to affect some individuals, including people thought to be experiencing mental conditions associated with traditional beliefs (Omulalu eyagala oterera – ebizibu by’ennono).

Another service he offers involves helping people determine whether certain opportunities or situations may bring good fortune or misfortune (Okumanya oba kintu kya mukisa oba kya kwambulira).

Some residents in the area have expressed confidence in his services.

Bukenya Brain, a resident familiar with the healer’s work, said several people in the community have benefited from his consultations.

“From what I have seen, his work is genuine. Many people who have gone to him with different problems say they have received help. His services really work well,” Bukenya said.

He added that testimonies from those who claim to have benefited have encouraged more people from nearby communities to seek the healer’s assistance.

Ssalongo Muzanganda says he continues to receive clients from different areas and remains committed to helping people facing challenges in their lives using traditional knowledge and cultural practices.
