Kampala is gearing up for an explosive night of music and culture as South African rap superstar Nasty C brings his Ivyson Tour to Uganda on November 7, 2025.

The event, slated to take place at Motiv in Bugolobi, will serve as the grand finale of the 2nd edition of the Aumex Conference — Uganda’s leading music business convention — organized by Talent Africa Group in collaboration with Aumex.

Far more than a concert, the Ivyson Kampala Tour will be the climax of a three-day creative and professional exchange running from November 6 to 8, designed to empower artists, producers, and industry professionals. The conference will feature masterclasses, networking sessions, and showcases connecting local talent to global opportunities.

Sharing his excitement for the tour, Nasty C said,

“Each time I announce a tour, the comment section is full of fans wanting the tour in their city and feeling left out. This time, I wanted to give ALL cities the chance to bring the tour to them. Fans requested Kampala, and now let’s unlock it!”

The Aumex Conference will attract influential figures from Mavin Records, Warner Music Group, Virgin Music, and other global entertainment powerhouses. Attendees can expect a dynamic mix of industry panels, label meet-ups, publishing sessions, and live performances featuring Uganda’s most promising artists — all leading up to Nasty C’s headline act.

A special Women in Music networking brunch and panel will also spotlight the empowerment and advancement of women in the industry, continuing the event’s commitment to inclusion and growth.

Uganda has advanced to Round 3 of Nasty C’s fan-driven initiative, powered by TOORLY, which allows fans to bring the Ivyson Tour to their city through collective ticket pledges. To secure Kampala’s slot, at least 200 pre-ordered tickets are needed — a goal that, once achieved, guarantees the city’s place on the tour map. Should the target not be met, all pre-orders will be refunded.

With Kampala’s vibrant hip-hop and Afrobeats scene, the Ivyson Tour promises to be one of the biggest music events of the year — a night where rhythm, culture, and ambition collide.
