Musician Douglas Mayanja, known as Weasel Manizo, is reportedly in a lot of pain with broken legs and is currently receiving treatment at Nsambya Hospital. Allegations suggest that his wife, Sandra Teta, deliberately ran him over in Munyonyo.

This incident reportedly took place early this morning. For context, this isn’t the first time the couple has been involved in domestic disputes.
A few years back, photos of Sandra surfaced showing her with a bruised and swollen face, and it was claimed that the Goodlyf singer was responsible for the assault. She even sought refuge at her parents’ home in Rwanda, but the couple eventually reconciled, with Teta later stating that she had been attacked by assailants.

Daniella Atim, the separated spouse of Dr. Jose Chameleone and Weasel’s older brother, has come forward to reveal that Sandra had been a victim of Weasel’s abuse over time, although she chose to remain silent about it. The Mayanja family has long been embroiled in violent controversies involving both their acquaintances and adversaries.
Similarly, this isn’t the first instance of a Mayanja facing broken legs. Chameleone is well-known for having suffered leg fractures in 2009 under mysterious circumstances while in Tanzania.
Currently, the reports of Weasel’s broken limbs have yet to be verified, but we will keep you informed.
