After having a solo successful concert in 2020, which was Cindy Sanyu’s biggest day of her career, and perhaps for her fans. The singer staged a big concert dubbed “Boom Party” Concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval, which has entered the records as one of the best on many fronts: performances, tick, attendance; tick. It was a show to remember as Cindy proved her title of King.
Cindy gave an electrifying performance as expected, taking fans through a repertoire of both her old and new songs.
Speaking at the press conference held on 26th August 2025 at Talent Africa Group offices in Kololo in Kampala, Spice Diana, who accompanied Cindy, said that she is one person who doesn’t hide how she feels about something or a person and also added saying if she is around those people who love her, she feels it.
Spice Diana also added, saying that “the name Cindy is Ugandan and she said that Cindy is the past, the present and the future.”
“Cindy has been my artist, and I have learnt a lot from her up to now. Even the new attitude I have, I learnt it from her, and Cindy is real; if she doesn’t like you, she will tell you, ” said Spice Diana.
Spice Diana also went ahead saying he has learnt a lot from Cindy, including stage performance, learning live band, all from Cindy, and she also hinted at having a song together with Cindy.
Addressing the media, Cindy said that she has taken a lot of time preparing herself for the show and every time I bring the show, it has to break a record and that’s why I want with every show, and so it took us some time to organise the show, and so we are finally we are ready to have a show of the year.
