As the world gears up to celebrate International Women’s Day, Ugandan singer Spice Diana has encouraged women to embrace hard work and financial independence.

The singer, who has maintained a consistent career in the music industry for nearly fifteen years, urged fellow women to focus on building their own success instead of relying on men for survival.

According to Spice Diana, empowering women through hard work and determination is key to building a better society, noting that women play a crucial role in shaping the future of any country.

“I advise fellow women to embrace hard work. It’s the future we deserve. Stop depending on men. You can make your own money, and it’s the only way we can have a bright country and world. The emancipation should start with ourselves,” she explained.

The singer further noted that women will continue to face challenges and be undermined if they fail to take charge of their own lives and opportunities in this generation.
