Comedian Patrick Salvador Idringi is going to celebrate 15 years doing comedy with a mega show at Kingdom Kampala on the 25th of October 2025.

The celebrations will also mark the seventh edition of Africa laughs which is going to feature performances from Nigeria’s BasketMouth, Kenya’s Eric Omondi, Celeste Ntuli, Mpoho Popps, Q-Dube, Akau Jambo, Madrat and Chiko, Anne Kansiime, Ehma Napoleon, Ronnie Mcvex, and Dr Hilary Okello among others.

The show will also have musical performances from Juliana Kanyomozi and Dr Jose Chameleone.

While addressing the media yesterday at Kingdom Kampala, Salvado gave Steve Jean and Fenon events their flowers for standing with him ever since the first edition of Africa Laughs back then in 2013.

He said Fenon was his first sponsor who paved way for other sponsors.

“I am super excited about the seventh edition of Africa Laughs having started in 2013 with Fenon as my very first sponsor. They sponsored the very first edition of Africa laughs and the only sponsor who has been on all the seven editions. In fact they are the ones who got me other sponsors,” Salvado said.

He further added that it was Steve Jean brainstormed the execution of the first show.

“When starting out, the only motivation I had was to have no Nigerian coming to Uganda to organize a show. I sat down with Steve Jean and he brainstormed the execution. I had the idea but he had the execution so I want to give him his flowers,” he added.

Salvado will be dedicating this show to two fallen friends Rajiv Ruparelia and Cedric Babu who he credits for pushing him this far.
