Over 32 opposition MPs voted out of parliament in 2026 Elections

The 2026 parliamentary elections have ushered in a major political shake-up, with a significant number of incumbent Members of Parliament failing to retain their seats amid a tense and controversial electoral process.

Among those who did not return to Parliament are seasoned legislators, ministers, and prominent opposition figures whose defeats reflect shifting political dynamics across the country.

Here is the list of  incumbents  who failed to secure re-election:
