Jowy Landa has opened up about a near-romantic encounter with Grenade Official, revealing that she almost fell for him but later realised it would have been a mistake.
Speaking during an interview with Galaxy TV, Jowy confessed she once came close to dating Grenade but had second thoughts due to his lifestyle and the nature of relationships among musicians.
I can’t date a fellow musician. Even when I was close to doing it, I had my regrets. Musicians aren’t serious. How can I date someone when both of us are unserious?
Pressed by the hosts to name the artist in question, Jowy didn’t hesitate to disclose, “It was Grenade Official.”
She explained that what initially attracted her began to fade when she saw red flags, particularly Grenade’s reputation with women.
He had a lot of women and that scared me off. I was young, and it was around the time we did the ‘I Am Badder’ collaboration.
Jowy now looks back on the situation with relief. “When I see him now, I thank God I didn’t (date him),” she said.
