Jamaican singer Spice, real name Grace Latoya Hamilton, will perform in Uganda later this year after her December concert was cancelled.

Concert Cancelled

The concert, dubbed “Spice Queen of Dancehall Live From Jamaica,” that was scheduled to take place at Lugogo Cricket Oval on December 6, 2025 was cancelled in November over unfulfilled contractual agreements.

“I will not be attending this event in Uganda – on December 6th. I was truly excited and looking forward to meeting my brothers and sisters there, but unfortunately the promoter did not fulfill the contractual agreements,” Spice revealed in November 2025.

The Concert Is Back On

Spice’s fans in Uganda have been given a boost after the organisers revealed that she will perform in Uganda after the general elections.
