Azawi, a musician under Swangz Avenue music label, dropped her list of best Ugandan musicians and gave shade to those who have supported her career.
The singer dropped the news during her interview with one of the local television stations, where she said that Fik Fameica, Elijah Kitaka, Vinka, and Eddy Kenzo are among her big names on the list.
Despite her mentioning those names, Azawi also said that Bebe Cool is the biggest person on the list, thanking him for playing a big role in shaping her music journey.
“The favourite musicians I like most are Fik Fameica, Elijah Kitaka, Vinka, Eddy Kenzo—and I’m very close to him and his manager—then Bebe Cool. Bebe Cool ranks first among them because he has been very instrumental in my career,” she said.
Azawi also added, saying she respects her relationship with Eddy Kenzo and his manager, who have continued to support her over time.
