Kasuku Says Eddy Kenzo Altercation Changed His Life – “I Bought a Car With That Money”

Controversial media personality Kasuku has opened up about how his infamous physical altercation with singer Eddy Kenzo not only made headlines but also changed the course of his life—literally helping him buy his second car.

Speaking candidly about his journey from mainstream media to digital success, Kasuku reflected on the unexpected impact of the brawl that once dominated entertainment news.

“In five years [after mainstream], I’ve achieved things I couldn’t in 10 years on radio,” Kasuku said. “The only serious thing I got from mainstream was a car—and I bought about five while I was still there.”

He revealed that his first car, a “Black Bomber,” was a gift from a loyal radio listener who appreciated his outspoken style. But it was his second car, a Subaru Forester, that came under far more dramatic circumstances.

“I got it from the money Eddy Kenzo paid for punching me,” he admitted, referencing the infamous altercation that resulted in a damages payout.

Since leaving traditional media, Kasuku has reinvented himself as a digital content creator, particularly through YouTube, where his bold takes and unfiltered commentary have gained him a large following.

“Digital media has opened doors that mainstream never did,” he noted, hinting at the growing power of online platforms over legacy outlets.
