MUSEVENI ANNOUNCES 2026–2031 CABINET, RETAINS KEY FIGURES IN MAJOR MINISTRIES

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has announced the new Cabinet for the 2026–2031 term, exercising constitutional powers under Articles 108(1) and (2), 108A(1), 111(1), 113(1) and 114(1) of the 1995 Constitution of the Republic of Uganda.

The appointments confirm continuity in top government leadership while reaffirming key ministerial portfolios across governance, security, finance, and social services.
