Singer Spice Diana has spoken out on why she missed Sheebah Karungi’s much-hyped Return of the Queen concert on August 22, which attracted a massive crowd.

Contrary to speculation about a possible feud, Spice Diana clarified that her absence was not due to personal differences but simply because she was away for shows outside Kampala.

“I had shows out of Kampala, but I saw her concert and it was good for her and her fans. People wouldn’t attend if they didn’t intend to enjoy,” she explained.

Spice also weighed in on remarks Sheebah made during her pre-concert press conference, where she accused some artists of using the media to sabotage others. Spice echoed the sentiment, saying such efforts rarely succeed.

“If someone is meant to shine, they’ll still shine,” she said. “She might be right because we’ve seen it happen. Sometimes when you part ways with a manager, they start fighting you. Even fellow artists can fight you. But even without a fallout, someone else can still choose to fight you.”
